Anuraga Matrimony and its affiliates / franchises provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. When you use or visit any current or future Anuraga Matrimony service or any business affiliated with Anuraga Matrimony, whether or not included in the Anuraga Matrimony Web site, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. Please read the various services provided by Anuraga Matrimony before making any payment in respect of any service.

Every user of this website is bound to agree the terms and conditions below. In order to use the anuragamatrimony.com website ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") and the Privacy policy. If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the Anuraga Matrimony ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the Registration process. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms between you as a member and the owner of the site M/s Millenium Services, Bangalore. This Agreement may be modified by Anuraga Matrimony from time to time, effective upon notice to you as a Member.

The services offered herein and all matters incidental thereto, and will be in effect until such time that you continue using this Website or, in case of a member, until such time that the member retains his/her membership subscription of Anuraga Matrimony, whichever is later.

We encourage you to refer to these terms and conditions on a regular basis. Please review them timely as they may be revised, amended or modified. If you do not agree to any revisions, amendments and modifications, you should immediately terminate your use of the Website. Should you continue to use the Website after any revisions, amendments and modifications, you will be deemed to have agreed to such revisions, amendments and modifications.

Eligibility.

As per the Indian Marriage Act, you should be at least 18 years of age for women and 21 years for men. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Regulations of your “USER” Account.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until

1. You use the Site and/or are as a Member of Anuraga Matrimony.
2. You terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Anuraga Matrimony or by choosing the option to terminate in the website.
3. Anuraga Matrimony terminates your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address that you have provided in your application for membership or your updated email address on our website.
4. Anuraga Matrimony terminates your membership in the anuragamatrimony.com Service because for having breached the Agreement by the member.
5. Upon non-activity on the website from the member for more than 360 days.

For what-so-ever reason if the membership is terminated by you / Anuraga matrimony, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including all sections inclusive, of this Agreement.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. Please maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer systems.

In the event that your profile is created by a family member or friend, you will be responsible for the content posted by such other person. Anuraga Matrimony is not obligated to verify the veracity and accuracy of information displayed by you.

You also hereby expressly agree that the information provided by you is available to the other users of anuraga Matrimony. Anuraga Matrimony neither has any control nor any responsibility or accountability if your information is misused, exploited or abused by any third party.

You are permitted to have only one user profile. In the event of multiple user profiles of a single member, we reserve the right to deactivate any such or all profiles.

This site is not meant to encourage and/or promote illicit sexual relations or extra marital affairs. If Anuraga Matrimony discovers or becomes aware that any member is using this site to promote or engage or indulge in illicit sexual relations or extra marital affairs, his/her membership will be terminated forthwith without any refund and without any liability to Anuraga Matrimony. Anuraga Matrimony's discretion to terminate shall be final and binding.

You will not send any messages to other Members that are obscene, lewd, licentious, and defamatory, promote hatred and/or are racial or abusive in any manner. Transmission of any such messages shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Limitations of use / service for Free member and paid member are described in the subscription section of the website. It is at the sole discretion of Anuraga Matrimony to add / modify the limitation of services for different kind of members. Please refer to the Subscription section for further details.

Non-Commercial Use by Members.

Anuraga Matrimony website and its services are for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes. Any kind of Commercial organizations / companies / businesses establishments / Social groups cannot become the member of this site.

We may also immediately terminate your membership from the Website if we have reason to believe that you are not eligible to use the Website or you are using the Website for unauthorized purposes.Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be will be dealt with in accordance with law.

You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other anuraga Matrimony Members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

In order to protect Anuraga Matrimony and/or our Member(s) from any abuse / misuse, anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / emails which a Member may send to other Member(s).

You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with anuraga Matrimony and/or its members.

anuraga Matrimony contains the logo, Graphics, page headers, button icons, Software(s), Script(s), copyrighted material, trademarks, intellectual property rights and other proprietary information. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

Content Posted on the Site.

Your profile details, photos, Horoscope, videos, communications and messages collectively hereinafter called as “Content”.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on anuraga Matrimony, or transmit to other anuraga Matrimony Members. anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, anuraga Matrimony may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, anuraga Matrimony, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

To publish/modify/ delete any of its part/complete is the sole judgment of anuraga Matrimony for which the content might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other anuraga Matrimony and/or its Members.

By posting Content on anuraga Matrimony, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to anuraga Matrimony, and other anuraga Matrimony Member(s), an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Every Profile created by the user will be scrutinized by our team for correctness of the contents. Minor corrections such as spelling mistake, unnecessary characters etc. and minor editing of photos such as cropping and resizing, adjusting brightness and contrast will be done by the team. The team ensures to correct / complete the profile by calling the contact person on the mentioned mobile number given at the time of registration. In such cases we advise the member to verify the contents immediately after it. In case of any changes the member can correct the same by logging on to the website with his username and password or inform us by mail / phone to do so.

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. anuraga Matrimony will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes content that:

1. is seriously offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
2. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
3. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
4. promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
5. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing links to pirated files;
6. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
7. displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
8. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
9. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
10. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
11. Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

You must use the anuraga MatrimonyService in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.

Membership Policy.

anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to Approve, Disapprove, Activate, Deactivate, discontinue the user as Free / Paid member to its website at any time. Following are partial list the user / member policies that every member must agree and follow

1. Every member must get registered to the site providing the details of the individual as per the fields provide on the website. Initially everyone will be registered as a free user. Upon the confirmation of the receipt of the payment for paid membership, free member will be upgraded / transferred as “Paid Member”. 

1. anuraga Matrimony does not guarantee / authenticate the genuineness of the contents provided by the member. Every member submitting his/her matrimonial profile is required to give all the facts essential for establishing a marital relation. Concealing facts relevant to marriage could result in loss or damage to any individual and for which, anuraga Matrimony cannot be held responsible / liable in any way for the damages caused due to incorrectness of the information provided by its members regarding the religion, caste or creed or any other personal information. If the members’ profile is deemed to be unfit, anuraga matrimony has the right to delete, alter or refuse the same at any point of time without any notice.

1. anuraga Matrimony does not facilitate / hold responsible for connection with other member. You are only liable for your connections with other members.

1. Contact information of member’s profile will display only to paid members. Free membership is for limited time. anuraga Matrimony reserves right to discontinue free membership at any time.

1. Members will not have any claim against anuraga Matrimony for any time delay in posting their information into anuraga matrimony website due to any technical reasons.

1. anuraga matrimony will not mediate / arbiter, hold any moral / legal responsibility for any kind of disputes between its members.

1. anuraga Matrimony will not guarantee the members that you as an applicant will receive responses and hence cannot be held responsible for no replies. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits.

1. By becoming a Member of the anuraga Matrimony, you agree to receive certain specific Telephone / Mobile calls, emails and SMS from anuraga Matrimony on the telephone / mobile number and e-mail ID provided by you on your profile explain, explicate and clarify the various services  and to assist, aid or support you in availing the said services of anuraga Matrimony. You can always manage your subscription to the emails and SMS using the option provided at the site.

1. You are representing that you or the mobile number submitted by you is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and/or you have already changed your registration suitably. Further and in any event, you do hereby also unconditionally agree and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb ("DND Register")/ National Customer Preference Register ("NCPR"). Without prejudice to the aforesaid and in any event, by expressly inviting and soliciting the services from anuraga Matrimony, you also unconditionally agree that your rights under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 or any subsequent amendments thereto or under NCPR, are kept in abeyance or remain extinguished till you expressly communicate for discontinuation of relationship.

1. You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to anuraga Matrimony by writing to Customer Care. On receipt of such complaint, anuraga Matrimony may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee.

1. Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts you had contacted already and also upgrade your membership with us to enjoy access to these features.

1. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each during the period of membership. Please refer to the Subscription Page of the website for further details.

1. Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a marriage alliance / life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the services of anuraga matrimony in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.

1. Upon termination / cancellation / change in type of membership by you / anuraga Matrimony the contents of your profile will remain in our database and such details may not be available to the public in any form.   

Copyright Policy.

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the anuraga Matrimony service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the our Site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. anuraga Matrimony copyright Agent for Notice of claims of copyright infringement can be reached by writing to the Bangalore address located under the contact us section on the site.

Member Disputes.

 You are solely responsible for your interactions with other anuraga Matrimony Members. anuraga Matrimony reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Disclaimers.

anuraga Matrimony is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the anuraga Matrimony service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the anuraga Matrimony service whether online or offline. anuraga Matrimony assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications.

anuraga Matrimony is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the anuraga Matrimony Site and/or in connection with the anuraga Matrimony service.

 Under no circumstances will anuraga Matrimony be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the anuraga Matrimony Site or transmitted to anuraga Matrimony Members. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by anuraga Matrimony should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by anuraga Matrimony.

anuraga Matrimony shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of anuraga Matrimony. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and anuraga Matrimony expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. anuraga Matrimony cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the anuraga Matrimony Service.

Limitation on Liability.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will anuraga Matrimony be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the anuraga Matrimony Service, even if anuraga Matrimony has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Disputes.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of the Bangalore, India.

Privacy.

Use of the anuraga Matrimony Site and/or the anuraga Matrimony Service is governed by the anuraga Matrimony Privacy Policy.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold anuraga Matrimony, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Other.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the anuraga Matrimony, contains the entire agreement between you and anuraga Matrimony regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
